Piglet

One starlet of a dog - gorgeous super model seeks dog knowledgeable home... Piglet, a.k.a. Chiclet, was originally from a bullie friendly local shelter who was seeking a "better life" for this pretty girl than the attention she was attracting. This dog had a pair of amber eyes that could melt hearts. Piglet was an interesting foster - she had the "diva" attitude that she'd just bark if she didn't get her way, only in the most super star sort of way though. We knew that while she was only 6 months old, she needed someone who was going to "lead not follow" and show this smart, cheeky chick the ways of the world. Along came Carmen and the two were matching wits soon enough and we're happy to report Carmen is winning!! Piglet now enjoys life on the "Island" with her big bro Zero and Carmen's dad who has come over to the "bully side" along with so many others....

"She is the biggest snuggle bear of a dog ever! She sleeps on the bed - head on the pillow thank you very much - and gives kisses like you would not believe! I trained zero not to lick faces, but with Piglet... oh well. It makes her soooo happy. I also think that her sunny disposition has helped to change a few peoples minds about pitbulls!! Yay!"
